Eligibility to apply for a BankDhofar OHB Loan is subject to the following conditions:

  • Available to all married Omani nationals.
  • Applicants must have a monthly salaried income of OMR 300 or more based on BankDhofar eligibility criteria.
  • Applicants must not currently own any property.
  • Employer must be in BankDhofar approval list.
  • Applicant or his spouse must not be a beneficiary of the social housing system or any government.
  • 1% for amounts less than or equal to OMR 401
  • 3% for amounts above OMR 401 up to OMR 1,000
  • 4% for amounts above OMR 1,000
  • Purchase of a completed house.
  • Construction of house.
  • Purchase a land and constructing a house on it.
  • Purchase and completion of an uncompleted house
