BankDhofar offers an Easy Payment Plan that enables customers to buy and pay in installments with 0% interest, using BankDhofar credit cards.
EPP Steps
Step 1
Visit any of our participating merchants and select the product/ service you would like to purchase.
Step 2
Use your credit card to make your purchase however, ensure you have sufficient credit limit on your card.
Step 3
When paying for your product or service request for the payment to be via Easy Payment Plan. Each merchant has their own minimum eligible amount. However, it’s not less than 100.
Step 4
Once the transaction is posted, you will receive an SMS with a link to convert the transaction to installments with a token number as well as, a link toward the T&C of Easy Payment Plan.
Step 5
Click the link to visit the web page and select the language, fill the expiry date of the card and the token number received by SMS to log in.
Step 6
Select a suitable plan (3 or 6 or 9 or 12) where the total amount for EPP and calculation of installment will be available to you upon selecting the plan period.
Step 7
Finally submit the request to convert the transaction to Easy Payment Plan.

All BankDhofar Credit Cardholders excluding corporate cards are eligible to take up this offer at participating merchants.
The minimum varies from a merchant to another, however the standard minimum eligible amount is 100 and above. Please check with the participating merchant on the minimum eligible amount.
Your credit card limit will be reduced by an amount equal in value of the purchase made through EPP. However, your available balance will increase proportionally as you make your monthly installment payments.
- The installment amount will be reflected in your normal monthly credit card statement.
- You will pay the installment in accordance with the terms of the credit card agreement before the payment due date.

Yes. Customer can have more than one EPP on same or different merchants as long as he/she has available limit within the card.
Bank is deducting the eligible installment automatically on the payment date every month. If the customer failed to pay and the funding account is empty, the late fee charges will apply.
Kindly visit your nearest branch to initiate the closure of your active EPP contract.
