The Group Merchant Admin oversees a collection of merchant accounts. This role allows centralized management of users and permissions across multiple merchant accounts, improving operational efficiency.

Yes, but only Group Merchant Users can be created within the Group Merchant Admin portal.

It provides a consolidated view of transactions processed across all merchants and terminals within the group. Admins can search, view, and download transaction details for reporting and reconciliation.

It allows authorized users to monitor pos transaction activities like refunds, reconciliation, and data validation.

Go to All Transactions, click the Action button for a successful transaction, select Refund, and confirm the refund. It will be listed in Back Office → Refund.

Group Merchant Admins can view, generate, and download various reports including All Transaction Report, Settled Transactions, and Report Queue.

It allows users to view, manage, and track support tickets they’ve created, including status updates and feedback on resolved tickets.

This role facilitates access, reporting, and operational insights across a group of merchants under a single administrative scope.

It provides a real-time overview of merchant performance including transaction count, volume, success percentage, and processing time.

View, Edit, Cancel, and Export tickets. You can also create new tickets and apply filters based on service type, priority, and status.

Use the Create option to submit a new ticket.

  2. Search for Bank Dhofar Merchant.
  3. Tap Get to download and install the app.

You can use the same username and password that were sent to you for accessing the merchant portal.
