Bank Dhofar launched its new
Al Heson savings scheme which offers guaranteed winners at
every branch in its fortnightly draws. Apart from the
fortnightly draws Al Heson account holders will also be
eligible to win in monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly draws.
The new Al Heson scheme will give its customers higher
chances of winning and also enable them to win in the same
week that they open an account.
Mr. Mudit Saxena, Assistant General Manager, Consumer
Banking at Bank Dhofar said, “The Bank is continuously
innovating to offer more to our customers. Our enhanced Al
Heson savings scheme provides the customer with an
attractive savings option, that not only ensures that their
savings are secure but also provides them with multiple
chances of winning; at the branch level and also in the
grand draws which offer a chance to win substantially.”
Explaining the differentiating factors of Al Heson, Mr
Saxena, said “With Al Heson, our customers do not have to
wait to enter into the draws. The minute they open an
account, deposit and maintain the required minimum balance
they are entitled to the upcoming draw. With Al Heson, each
branch of Bank Dhofar guarantees a winner in every draw, so
our customers have a very high chance of winning”
The Al Heson scheme has been designed to give customers
across the country a chance to win quickly and win at
whichever branch they bank with. Account holders are
eligible to enter draws by maintaining a minimum balance of
RO 100, for the fortnightly draws and draws for ladies.
Children get double the chances of winning for every RO 100
they save. To qualify for the bi monthly RO 10,000 draws and
the RO 50,000 jackpots account holders have to maintain a
minimum balance of RO 1000.

segment for the bank and therefore we have dedicated a
special prize of a quarter kilo of gold per month for women
and cash prizes for children at every branch. Our customers
have clearly begun to take the concept of saving seriously,
especially women are saving more for their children,
ensuring a secure future for them.” added Mr. Mudit Saxena,
Assistant General Manager, Consumer Banking.
The 'Al Heson' Savings Scheme is open to customers of all
ages and nationalities, and also applies to savings account
maintained in foreign currencies. |
